Payment Timing

IDPhotoConverter charges customers a one-time fee at the time of download. No delayed or recurring charges are applied. All payments are processed immediately through our secure payment gateway.

Refund Conditions for Digital Photos

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Full Refund (100%): A full refund will be issued if the AI-generated photo is rejected by the issuing authorities due to non-compliance with their official standards, provided you supply proof of rejection within 14 days of purchase. A refund may also be issued if the service was unavailable due to technical issues on our end or if a duplicate order was placed in error.
• No Refund Conditions: A refund will not be provided if the request is made after 14 days of purchase, if the user provided an unsuitable source photo (e.g., poor quality, incorrect pose, non-neutral expression), or if the service was fully delivered and the photo has been downloaded and used.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email support@idphotoconverter.com with your order number, the date of purchase, and a detailed reason for the refund request, including any necessary proof of rejection. Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.

Content Liability

We shall have no responsibility or liability for any content appearing on your website. You agree to indemnify and defend us against all claims arising out of or based upon your Website.
