Payment Timing

IDPhotoConverter charges customers a one-time fee at the time of download. No delayed or recurring charges are applied. All payments are processed immediately through our secure payment gateway.

Refund Conditions for Digital Photos

We offer refunds under the following specific conditions:

  • Full Refund (100%): A full refund will be issued if the AI-generated photo is rejected by the issuing authorities due to non-compliance with their official standards. To be eligible, you must supply official proof of rejection within 3 days of your purchase. A refund may also be issued if the service was unavailable due to verifiable technical issues on our end, or if a duplicate order was placed in error.
  • No Refund Conditions: We cannot provide a refund if the request is made more than 3 days after purchase. Refunds are also not available if the rejection was due to an unsuitable source photo provided by the user (e.g., poor quality, incorrect pose, non-neutral expression, inappropriate attire), or if the service was fully delivered and the digital photo has been downloaded and used.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email support@idphotoconverter.com with your order number, the date of purchase, and a detailed reason for the refund request, including any necessary proof of rejection from the authorities. Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.
